Evan meets Elder Bourne aka Grandpa for the first time! It was a sweet moment when Hal was able to hold Evan for the first time. Evan studied Hal for the longest time. He was very content to just sit and look at his Grandpa.
We were excited to welcome Suzanne, Marianne and Evan to Texas and enjoy one of our favorite Texas barbeque restaurants-Spring Creek Barbeque. Even the benches are the Texas flag!
We try to get everyone who comes to visit to ride the Kingwood trails! Jon is becoming a pro trail biker.
May is especially beatiful and green! So much fun to explore the trails!
Sunday was an especially beautiful day at the Houston Temple. We were the only people on the temple grounds and we didn't want to leave. The spirit there is powerful!
We love the fish tacos at Sharkie's! Best of all, we can walk to the restaurant from our apartment. Evan was a little nervous about the shark!
The visits are always over too quick but Evan was a great traveler and he and Grandpa are good buddies! Come back soon!
